Why did the event change names?
You may have heard that our national partner, CauseForce, who managed The Ride to Conquer Cancer in four Canadian cities has ceased operations in Canada due to the business impacts of COVID-19. Of course, it was difficult news all around, but the Alberta Cancer Foundation, with the continued support of our partner Enbridge, decided we must keep the momentum going with a new event, giving you the opportunity to continue your dedication and support of cancer research and care delivered by Albertans, for Albertans. Managed by us — for YOU — and all Albertans facing cancer.
